Christmas is not Chinese traditional festival. So, many Chinese people do not celebrate it and also don't prepare special food for this festival.3

As mr X said here, chrismas is not a traditional festival, so they don't celebrate in mainland. but in HongKong and Macao, we celebrate chrismas. the food we eat is almost the same as other countries which celebrate chrismas3
