It is almost impossible to obtain a China PR. Don't even think about it unless you have invested millions, been here many many years, said many good things about China publicly, and have hosted banquets for top officials. If your wife hold Chinese citizeensship you get favourable treatment on toursit visas (ie 1yr) but you are still not entitled to work or start a bussiness any differently from anyone else.
