Hi, I am Korean. I will visit Singapore from China on 12/31 and I will come back to Guangzhou of China after my vacation. But, the problem is that I need to re-apply for China visa in Singapore. Can I apply for China visa in Singapore during 12/31 ~ 1/4? Depends on the situation, I will decide when I come back to Guangzhou of China. I am looking forward to your help. Thank you.

You probably will not have enough time to process your china visa in singapore. Their website is currently down but I believe they will be close on 31th dec. Hence the only option is to submit your passport on 2nd Jan and earliest collection is on Monday 5th Jan after 9pm.
