About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

I am an indian national working in saudi arabia and trying to immigrate to canada. As per the immigration rules, I need to get a police clearance certificate from Tianjin, China, as I worked there for a year back in 2001-2002. Now, I need to submit this document withing a month and its not possible for me to travel to china to get it. Is there any way of obtaining this certificate through the Chinese embassy or any agent? Can anyone advise me on this? It would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sujoy

In my opinion, you can contact a agency in China to deal with on behalf of you and you pay service fees for the agency. The Police Clearance Certificate need be issued by Tianjin Public Security Bureau.

Dear Mr. Longfellow,
Thanks for your information. Can you kindly suggest names of a few such agencies? I mailed a few law but haven't recieved any reply yet, and it seems they do not deal in such matters as they are international firms.
I really appreciate your kindness.
Thanks,
