About:Couple's Retreat Garden

hi,
i am indian pasport holder , having rep. office in Guangzhou, China , i have get notification and medical certificate , from china govt. to aply Z visa from hong kong.
1. . is it ok for Z VISA or need any other documents ?
2.also pls. i want to know :- my family [ wife and 16 year daughter ] still on travel visa . i heard that after geting z visa from HK i can apply 90 days stay for them in China . is it ok ?
but it will take apx. 1 month process apx. , for this can they get 30 days visa to stay in China ?
3. my son is 18 years old how he can stay in China , what is the best solution ?

Hello, Mr.Vijay,
You also need a Alien Emplyment Permit issued by China Ministry of Labor and Social Security. maybe the Registeration License of your Representative Office is also required.

Mr.Vijay, if the duration of stay of travel visa (is L Visa?) of your wife and daughter is not expired, they can still stay in China. Otherwise, they will be fined. China L visa can be extended to another one month. Once you get China Z visa, you can also apply for tehm a Z visa.
