Mr.bakhtiary-homayoun, for applying for work visa (Z visa), please prepare the following documents 1) Alien Employment License issued by the Ministry of Labor & Social Security of Guangdong Province 2) a visa notification letter issued by an authorized Chinese Department 3) Physical Examination Record for Foreigner issued by doctors from an Iranian state hospital. 4) Photocopy of the front and back page of applicant’s passport. 5) Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with two blank visa pages is required.  6) Applicants should fill in one visa application form completely and truthfully with one recent passport size photograph. 7) Your company's Registration Certificate (photocopy)
