About:Harbin Ice Festival

What would be a good amount of time to plan to stay in Harbin for the Ice Festival? Is 6 days too long? When is the Festival over? Thank you

I visited the festival about 10 years ago. It is truely great but I think 2 or 3 days is enough for most people. After that you fingers and toes drop off and you start wishing you were in XiShaungBaNa!

If anybody can give me a definative end date for 2009 I'd be very grateful.

3 days max. Too cold to stay for too long. Nothing much around Harbin. Festival ends early Feb normally.
