Three of our company officials were invited to visit china on same invitation letter, at the time we submitted two passport to the embassy for visa one of us has traveled out of the country, and the two visa was issued on 23 Nov. 2008. Now the third person is back and we have tried to submit his passport on the 1st & 2nd December 2008 to collect his visa and we were told at the gate to produce additional invitation form china apart from the original invitation letter we submitted earlier for the three of us.
