About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

i would want to travel to Hong Kong to submit my paper application for Postgraduate research course at the university of Hong Kong because the deadline is so close can i apply for a visa?

Mr.edwin arthur, I guess you can apply for a Hong Kong visit visa in Chinese embassy in Ghana. the emabssy just need 4 working days to process it.
