I hold a Russian passport and am currently in Bali. would like to visit HK for 3 days. Can I DHL mail my passport with fee & application to Jakarta or must I come in person?

Mrs.Anatashia, you should come to the china embassy in Jakarta in person. If you cannot come in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to come to the visa office of the Embassy for the application.
