They can apply for visa in Chinese embassy in Ethiopia, or directly send application to Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR, or send application by Sponsor in Hong Kong. Please read the web page http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/topical_11.htm for more information.0
