About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

If I would like to apply for a press/media visa in China, how long would the visa take to process? What are the documents needed to support my application?

Hello, Ms.Lee,
J-1 visa is issued to resident journalists in China.
J-2 Visa is issued to journalists on a temporary assignment in China.
Original official invitation letter is required for both J-1 and J-2.
Original and a photocopy of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner also required for J-1.
Equipment Declaration Form (if carry equipments)

other requirments:
1.One completely filled out Visa Application Form.
2.One recently taken passport photo. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3.Singapore PR.EP.WP.(original and photocopy) or Embarkation card.
