hi i am from cebu and id like to apply a visa for beijing, china for sightseeing puposes only.do i need to go to manila?thanks!

Mr.Jet, you needn't go to manila for applying China visa. You can apply for it in Chinese Consulate General in Cebu. Beijing is a good place for traveling. Enjoy your trip!!!
