Halllo,i am ruel am Filipino but am marriad with African,Tanzanian.Now i just want to ask bcz my wife she's in India now.Her plan now is to travel from India to China and to get Philippines visa there.It is posible to her to get visa there in China? Plz reply i need ur comments.Thanks

Mr.ruel, why your wife don't apply for a Philippines visa in India? If she has gained the Residence Permit of India, I think it is easier for her to apply for a Philippines visa in India than in China.
