About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I have two questions. My PROC passport expires Jan 6, 2009. I need a visa for Hongkong for travel on December 6, 2008 so I need a new passport. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE A NEW PASSPORT? CAN I APPLY FOR A HONGKONG VISA SIMULTANEOUSLY?

Processing a new passport need at least three months. Apply for a Hong Kong Visa, you need hold passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity. If your are Chinese, you need apply for Hong Kong Entry Permit.
