May I know how to go to Park 1903 using public transport (bus or metro)? Thanks.

You can take bus no.3 from Jinmafang Bus Stop to Rixin Road Bus Stop first. Then transfer to bus no.Z30 to the destination. Or you can also take a taxi directly. The cab fare is around CNY30.
