couple of questions about kunming:

1) How much time does it take to get from the airport to West Inn Station, and then onward to Jinma or Biji? I ask because I want to know what time I should set off the following morning to arrive at the airport in time for my flight to Xi'an (departs 8:15 AM).2) How much does a cab charge for the ride from West Inn Station to Jinma or Biji Square? 3) How much does a simple hotel cost in that area?4) Would I be risking missing my flight if I stay the night in downtown area? My flight is 8:15 in the morning. Thanks,Kapil

1&4. It takes at most 50min to West Inn. The distance to Jinma Biji is within 2mi and it will take less than 10min if taking a taxi. To catch your flight, you can catch the first bus from West Inn, which departs at 05:00. The traffic condition can be good that early, so you have enough time. 2. The cab fare is CNY10 or so.3. A budget hotel costs no more than CNY200. You'd better search and choose one in advance. Enjoy your trip!
