status NULL - location PEK....what does it mean? Tracking number: RB297733903CN....help me...please!

Hi, NULL here refers to the status of "Delivery to Airport" and PEk refers to Beijing International Airport. The latest infor was uodated on Sep. 4th, so your package is normally posted. Don't worry!

Mine is the same been waiting since the 1st October but I ordered loads from china it always takes a while just keep checking as they don't always update as it goes to America etc 1st

it means it has arrive in beijing and they are now posting it to the destination which takes 12 days to reach

Don't you people know how to read? PEK means your parcel has passed through Beijing Airport and is on its way to you. NULL is just a translation error. Since the website automatically translates information from the China Post website, there are bound to be some errors, so NULL doesn't actually have anything to do with the status of your package.

Normally it takes 15 to 30 days. I think you may visit the local office for a check. If it didn't arrive, then you can open a dispute and get back your money.

Sorry, I have no idea about your local post office. When your parcel arrives in India, India Post delivers it to you. So you should go to local India Post office for a check. I think you should be capable of finding it in your area.

Daina, it means that your parcel has been out of China for 25 days. Did you check it at local post office? According to my experience, it might be delayed on the way. If it didn't arrive and the protection period is going to expire, you should open a dispute and get back your money.
