Can I get a HK ID card?

I was born in Hong Kong (1963), of Australian parents who lived therer for over 20 years. Do I still qualify for a HK ID card? I lived in HK for 12 years.

I'm afraid no as you are not a Chinse citizen born in Hong Kong.
BTW, when did you live in hong kong? If you 've been living in hong Kong for the past 7 years continuously, you can still apply for the HKID.
