About:Marriage Registration in China

I'm from Thailand. Have plan to getting Married Certificate in China.

Your information is very helpful, by the way for clearly and I have to prepare all document in advance. I have more question as following;

1. Any Document such as Single Certificate, photocopy of passport.
The original document is Thai language. And Of course it need to translate to Which languages English or Chinese ?
- If English, Then I need to take all document to verify to Thai Consular and next China Embassy in Thailand, Isn't it?
- If Chinese, please advise.
2. Do we need birth certificate?
3. We have to submit the document at local government office where my partner have residence permit. Is'n't it?

1. Ammp, you need to tranlate the Single Certificate into Chinese language. After that, notarize the document in a notary public and have it authenticated by the Chinese embassy at the CVASC in Bangkok.

2. The birth certificate is not required.

3. Yes, you need to submit the document to the local Bureau of Civil Affairs where your partner has residency permit.
