About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Wuhan

I'm traveling from Bali to USA. I have a layover in canton and then another one in wuhan

Can i do that without getting a visa?

Well, according to this situation, you can only enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because you have two stops in China.
