About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Is 144 visa available for this route?

I fly from the USA to India and fly India to Beijing on Nov 15th, home to USA on Nov 20th.
Am I eligible for the free Transit 144 hour?
