do i qualify for a free visa i have an australian passport?

I am flying from Adelaide to Beijing via flight change at Guangzhou 4th Oct.18 to join a cruise ship on the 7th. Three days to fill in Beijing.  Do I qualify for a free visa and how do I get it?

You are not qualified for the 72-Hour Visa Free or 144-Hour Visa Free which is only available when you fly from one country to another country while transiting in one of the qualified areas in China.
