About:Best Time to Visit China

Family of four travelling for 3 weeks starting June 2nd to 22nd

Starting in Shanghai, travelling by bullet train to Huangshan and spending 2/3 nights, then onto Changsha by train for one night. Hopefully hiring a car (either with driver or not) and driving to Mt Tianmen for 2/3 nights. Then car to Fenghuang for 1/2 nights. Then car to Guilin for 3/4 nights. Bullet train to Guangzhou for 1 night. Train to Hong kong for 3 nights. Train to either Xiamen or Xiapu for 2 nights. Train to Shanghai for 1 night. Does this sound plausible and is it a good time frame for distances traveled and how busy will it be do you think?

Oh Elijah, your travel plan sounds great. The early June will be an appropriate time to tour around. According to your itinerary, you have enough time to visit each city. Have a good time!
