Can a foreigner student apply for a credit card in china?

I'm a student in Guangzhou.I've been studying here for 4 years. I'd like to know if there is anyway for me to get a chinese credit card.

I'm afraid you cannot be qualified for credit card application. I remember one is required to provide the income certificate to prove he has the abilities to pay the debt.
