About:Hangzhou Transportation Smart Card

I stay at Hangzhou Bokai Westlake Hotel and I want to have hangzhou card for bike rental

But I don't know where the closest location to get it.

You can buy a Z card at the Customer Service Center at No. 25-1, Ding'an Road. It is a five minute walk from the hotel. You need to provide your passport, CNY 200 as the deposit, and CNY 100 as the minimum stored value. :)
