About:Mianshan Mountain

I am going to be in Pingyao for a few days in mid-nov., and I want to spend one day to see Mianshan.

I couldn't find any information on how long it takes to walk places inside the park, or how much of it I could see in one day.
So if I left early in the morning, how much of it could I see, how far could I walk into the park and back out in time to catch the bus back to Pingyao?
also, what is the weather like in Novemeber there, I don't mind snow, and I think the scenery would be beautiful in snow, but would it heavily affect the hiking, or would a lot of it be shut down?
also is the bus inside the scenic area still running in mid-november?

Well, 5 to 6 hours is needed. You can cover the major attractions at the mountain, including Daluo Taoist Temple, Yunfeng Temple, Qixian Valley, and Water Wave Valley.

It may be cloudy, and rain lightly somtimes. The temperature may range from 25F to 50F. Your hiking won't be affected, and scenic spots will open normally. The buses may still be available.
