You can take the direct coach from Tianhe Bus Station. The bus schedules are from 06:55 to 22:15 with the frequency of around 30 mins. It costs CNY 152 per person. The trip takes around 5 hours.

hi Again, thanks for your reply.. I also wanna know,, serving hour busses and subway in GZ, because my flight arrive at 00.30 am so I wonder If I can take subway to my hotel. pls advice.

Oh, the last subway leaves the airport around 23:00, so you cannot catch. However, several shuttle bus lines are still in service upon your arrival, such as line 1 and line 5. They actually runs till the arrival of the last flight. Therefore, you won't miss it. And which hotel will you live in? Perhaps I can tell you the best means of transportation due to your late arriving.
