Weather in March 1 - 7, 2014 for Taipei

I am planning a trip to Taiwan, Taipei on March 1 - 7 2014. What will be the weather like over there during that time and what clothes should we bring? Thank you!

The average temperature is around 15 to 23C in that time, so it is suggested to take a thick coat and some thin sweaters. The temperature difference is so big. Anyway, good luck with you.
