Booking of hotels on arrival in each city of taiwan

Is it ok to book hotels on arrival of each city namely Taichung, Chiayi, KaoShiong, Hualien and Yilan. Will it be a problem of getting a room.

If you want to live in comforable and well hotels, it is suggested to book in advance.
If you do not have certain requirements, it is OK to book when you were there.
