About:Chinese Names

Choice of names

Some Chinese people in America have Chinese names. others have American/European names, is there a reason why? Or is it just a personal choice?

Haha, no surprise! It is just the personal like. I am a Chinese and I have both Chinese and English names.

Just as a footnote, I have two favorite Chinese singers, Meng Ting Wei and Huang Si Ting. I only wish there were English subtitles so I could understand the words.
