To China Visa Application

Hi, if my friend doesn't have the employment pass for Brunei, can he or she apply the visa to China in Brunei? my friend is from Malaysia

If your friend has any of certificates for permit for residence, study or valid Brunei visa, he/she can apply for a China visa in Brunei.
