I'm citizen of Malaysian but holding PR in Brunei and currently stay in Brunei. How much do i need to pay for the visa fee? How about Thailand passport permit in Brunei? Do we need to fill the 2 forms?

Once you apply for a China visa in a third country, you need to fill in 2 visa application forms V2011A and V2011B.
A single-entry China visa costs Malaysian passport holder BND 55 while a double-entry needs BND 80. The same as the Thailand passport holder.
