About:Guangzhou Transportation

Hello,
We are 2 persons family (ma & my wife) who are going to stay i Guangzho for a year.
Which part of city is the best part (safe, luxury, west style, comfort for foreigners)?
Do you have any other general recommendation for us?

Why not try Panyu District?Better environment and more reasonable rent.

Tianhe North, Zhujiang New Town and Huanshi East Commercial center are nice for foreigners to live with luxury, comfortable and west style.
