I will be arriving very late next Thursday evening into Hangzhou airport. What is the best and safest way to get to my hotel, Crown Plaza Hangzhou Grand Canal. I do not speak the language. If I end up taking the airport shuttle, where does it end up and will there be taxis available to take me the rest of the way.

The next morning, I need to go to Shanghai Pudong to catch a flight. I understand that I can catch a bus at Huanglong Stadium. How far away is the bus station from the hotel. Do I need to buy a ticket a head of time? Will the ticket be time-specific or do I just take the next available bus?
