I will arrive at shanghai pudong airport early in the morning i.e.6am. And then I have to be at  Hangzhou international airport by 1pm on the same day. Can you advice best way - time and cost.

Well, when you arrive at Pudong Airport, please walk to the long-distance bus station and take a coach to Hangzhou Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office. The first bus will leave at 08:40 and take you about 3.5 hours on the way. Then, just at Wulinmen, you could take the airport shuttle bus to Hangzhou Airport in 1~1.5 hours.
