Hi,I'll be in Beijing from 29th april to 3rd may 2010 for a business trip and will be staying in Beijing Hotel.  Since it's a business trip, i have limited time for sightseeing, available during daytime but occupied with business activities at night. How far is the Great Wall of China from my hotel and could you suggest places that i should visit?

Hello,Ms.ZaiBeijing has severals sections of Great Wall. Which one would you like to go to? I recommend Badaling Great Wall for you if you are a first timer. Badaling is located in Yanqing County, northwest of Beijing. Badaling is about 80km from downtown Beijing. It takes about 1.5h or so for the trip. For other attractions, i highly recommend Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Shichahai, Tiananmen.
