i got admission in bit in phd electrical engg.1.

Question

i got admission in BIT in PhD Electrical engg.1.what documents are needed for visa application2.what are the documents which should be verified by ministry of foreign affairs pakistan.3.some body told me that ssc and hssc are to be verified by IBCC Pakistan. is it true?4.i got ltter on 9-09-2009 whereas  BIT has directed me to reach on 15 -09-2009 which seems to be dificult as i have to complete many documents.5.should the degrees of SSC, HSSC, BSC Engg and MSc Engg be alos verified by ministry of foreign affairs.plz reply
