Lhasa Hotel is an old hotel but with plenty of experience of serving western clients. The meal and service are relevantly good. Four Point Sheraton is a newly built hotel with good facilities. The service is also satisfying. They are all 4 star hotels, but as limited by the local conditions, you can not expect as much as for the hotels in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Don’t know much about Hongfeng International.
