I would like to know what is the best option for someone who is landing at 21:35 @ HK airport and who wants to travel to Guangzhou.can I take a train to Guangzhou the same night or bus .I’m attending the canton fair and I need to be in Guangzhou

The last train to Guangzhou leaves from HK West Kowloon Railway Station at 22:33. If you land at 21:35 in HK, you will definitely miss it. Just check upon landing if there is still any direct bus to Guangzhou. If no, I'm afraid you can only stay one night in HK and travel to Guangzhou the next day.
