I want to visit shenzhen for 1 day (not staying) from Hong Kong, I’ll be I Hong Kong on a 2 week holiday from the UK, we have UK passports. Do I need a visa and how much will it cost? Thank you

You can apply for a visa on arrival at the port between HK and Shenzhen and it costs CNY 834 for a UK passport holder. You'd better go there early because there is always a long queue.
