2h transfer for international flights

Question

Hi, I booked a flight from Tokyo HND to Paris CDG, with a transfer of 2 hours in Beijing Airport. It’s my first time traveling, is 2 hours enough ? Also, I’m flying with Air China for both flights, but I can’t find information on checked luggage on their website for International to International. Will my luggage be checked to my final destination (and so transferred on the connecting flight by Air China?) ? Or do I need to claim it during my transfer in Beijing to check it again?I believe 2h wouldn’t be enough time if I have to claim luggage and check it again…Thank you

To be frank, 2 hours are quite tight. As long as the first flight delays for even a short time period, you may miss the second one. You may consult your airline for luggage issues. If it is a through ticket, there is no need to claim adn re-check it in Beijing.
