Hi, we are travelling from London to Vietnam via Shenzhen. Our baggage are not checked through and we will need to collect them. Our stay in Shenzhen is less than 24hours and we are not intending to leave the airport. We hold Indian and German passport. Can we get transit visa on arrival?
