voa for the weekend only

Hi! I live in Macau and would like to go to Zhuhai for the weekend. Is it possible to get a VOA in the Gongbei Port? I have a Portuguese passport and Macau permanent resident ID card. I was told the VOAs are only being issued for the week, not the weekend, but cannot find confirmation of this information online. Thanks!

You can definitely obtain a 3 days Zhuhai VOA at Gongbei border crossing, but you are advised to apply in the morning hours. Also, I consider the information that it is not possible to get a VOA during a weekend as a false information. The price of VOA for Portuguese citizens is 275 CNY.
