Hi! I am planning to transit from Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan through China with my German passport.Is there a visa on arrival for a 144 hours (or also 72 hours) Transit in China when I enter through this border: Hongqi Lafushankou 红其拉甫山口?You would help me a lot with your answer! Thank you.

Valerie, you should be aware that German citizens do not need a visa to travel to China and the border crossing you are mentioning is fine for you to use it. Starting from December 1 of the last years, Germany and 4 other EU countries can enter China visa free for stays of up to 15 days. In other words, you should not bother too much about visas, visa free transits or similar. You passport is all you need.
