There is no direct bus available. You can take Bus Line E 23 from the airport to Shanghai Street, Jordan Road and then walk about 200m to Jordan Road, near Pak Shing Building to take Bus Line 26 to Austin Road, near Austin Road Substation. Get off the bus and you can reach within 150m on foot. It takes about 1.5 hours in total.
