About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Hello, I am an Indian citizen with chinese visa. I want to travel from Shekou to HKIA via ferry.

I am planning to take Vistara airlines(not a participating airline). How and Where will the baggage get checked in?
