t3 to t2 process?

Question

Arriving on United in T3, departing on Korean Air in T2 -- layover time less than 90 min.What is the process upon arrival? Do I need to go through customs/immigration? security? I don't have checked luggage, just carry-on.

Generally, if you don't need to pick up luggage, you need to pass through Health Quarantine, Self-service Immigration Inspection, and then go through Self-service Immigration Inspection and Customs Inspection. So your time is very tight and you do need hurry up.
