Me and my husband and our kids are planning to visit beijing this coming december 2023. Can we apply tourist visa here from kota kinabalu? We are all Malaysian, except my husband, he is a filipino, can he apply tourist visa here together with us?

Yes, you can apply from China consulate in Kota Kinabalu. The requirements include application form, passport, round-trip flight tickets and hotel orders. Your husband also need to submit his legal stay permit in Malaysia.
