how to fill the application form correctly?

In the online application form, the first column.  What is the application ID?   Is it the Passport number or the name of the applicant?

No it is not passport number or the name of applicant. When you filling a application form, the application ID will be generated automatically.

In the first column, I do not have the number start to fill then I cannot go next step.  It is stuck and cannot move to the next step.
